RECIPIENTS OF THE INITIATIVE
All Fineco account holders with a Fineco current account in Italy (Host) and the persons indicated by them residing in the United Kingdom (Guest) who open a Fineco UK current account with the Friend Code in the period between 20/06/2018 and 07/09/2018 are eligible to participate in the initiative.
This initiative is part of a broader campaign aimed at acquiring new customers in the United Kingdom. It therefore cannot be ruled out that similar initiatives will be adopted in the near future.
SUMMARY OF HOW THE INITIATIVE WILL WORK
There is a planned bonus for both the Host and the Guest.
The Host will be entitled to a bonus of either:

The Guest will be entitled to a bonus of GBP50 to their current account;
Moreover, an additional bonus to their current account of £100 is planned by placing an additional 5 trades on the following markets: Equiduct/Xetra, Dow Jones, Borsa Italiana, FTSE and CAC, or on the following bond markets: Mot, Emot and Etlx.
To obtain the bonus the Guest must:

HOW PARTICIPATION WILL WORK
Between 20/06/2018 and 07/09/2018, the Fineco Italia account holder (Host), on accessing the reserved area of the Fineco website, will find their Friend Code. Alternatively, the code may be forwarded to the customer via e-mail directly from Fineco.
The Host can communicate their code to friends and relatives resident in the UK in the valid period of the initiative; between 20/06/2018 and 07/09/2018.
OPENING THE FINECO CURRENT ACCOUNT
In the period between 20/06/2018 and 07/09/2018, the friend (Guest) residing in the UK must open a Fineco UK current account through the online account opening procedure on the website finecobank.com/uk entering, in the appropriate "promotional code" field, the Friend Code forwarded by the Fineco Italia account holder (Host).
BONUS
If the Guest, having completed the account opening procedure within the deadlines indicated above and, by 28/09/2018 meets the requirement of executing at least 1 purchase or sale trade, both the Guest and the Host can obtain the bonus.
It should be noted that:
The Host will be entitled to either:
- €50 on their account as additional income of said account.
The bonus will be paid directly to the customer's account, with a double transaction of crediting the gross bonus and debiting the taxes (the net bonus corresponds to €50), within 8 working days of acceptance of the contract addendum illustrated below;
or
- 100 free trades To be used within 3 months of the date of acceptance of the contract addendum.
The customer can start to benefit from the bonus within 2 days of signing the addendum.
After this deadline and/or on reaching the threshold of 100 trades, the standard Fineco conditions, plans and rules will apply, as per the Bank's prospectuses.
All transactions on the AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE, Equiduct e XETRA markets and on the following markets: MTA, MOT, EuroMOT, Hi-MTF are included in the promotion.
Transactions performed on instruments other than those indicated are not included. (Please note that transactions on CFDs are also excluded).
The Guest can obtain a £50 bonus as additional income to the said account.
The bonus will be paid directly to the customer's account within 8 working days of acceptance of the contract addendum illustrated below.
Please note that only the Guest receives the additional bonus.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE BONUS
Payment of the bonus is subject to acceptance by the customer (both host and guest) of a specific contract addendum. The aforementioned contract addendum will be visible to those entitled by 31/10/2018 in the reserved area of the Fineco website and exclusively to those who have met all the conditions set by this regulation and who have therefore acquired the right to the choice of bonus.
Signing of the contract addendum by those entitled must take place by 30/11/2018. Once this deadline has passed, the right to the bonus will be lost.
In the days following the display of the contract addendum for those entitled, Guests having met the second phase of the bonus of the 5 trades, will see a further contract supplement.
This latter contract supplement must also be confirmed by 30/11/2018.
It should be noted that the choice of the bonus can be made, by those entitled, exclusively online, in the reserved area of the Fineco website. No exceptions will be accepted in this regard.
In the event that you introduce more than one Guest, the Host can receive a number of bonuses equal to the number of Guests introduced, up to a maximum of 20 bonuses per year (including those that may have accrued during previous or future similar initiatives).
