WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

All Fineco account holders (Hosts) and the people they invite (Guests) who open a Fineco account with a Friend Code between 22/06/2021 and 23/09/2021 may participate in the initiative. 
This initiative is part of a wider campaign aimed at acquiring new customers. It is, therefore, possible that similar initiatives will be offered again soon.

SUMMARY OF THE PROMOTION
The initiative rewards a bonus of 100 free trades to both the Host and the Guest if the Guest completes the online account opening procedure in the period between 22/06/2021 and 23/09/2021, activates the personal access codes online and makes 1 trade by 22/10/2021 in one of the following markets:

All US markets (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)
Equiduct
Xetra
Euronext
Borsa Italiana
Canada (Toronto Stock Exchange)

or in any of the following bond markets: Mot, Emot and Etlx

 

HOW IT WORKS
OPENING A FINECO ACCOUNT

The Fineco account holder (Host):

1) Enters the reserved area of the finecobank.com website and opens the section dedicated to the promotion, where he/she will find a personal Promotional Code (called a "Friend Code").

2) Shares the Friend Code with friends (Guests), inviting them to participate.

These friends (Guests) can open an account using the online account opening procedure.

AWARDING THE BONUS

After opening an account, and after the Guest makes a trade, Host and Guest will receive the bonus of 100 free trades, confirmed over email.

The Host and Guest will be able to make use of their free trades starting two working days afeter the execution of the trade and only after receiving the bonus confirmation email.

The promotion is valid for all trades made in the following markets:

All US markets (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)
Equiduct
Xetra
Euronext
Borsa Italiana
Canada (Toronto Stock Exchange)

or in any of the following bond markets: Mot, Emot and Etlx

 

The free trades must be used within 3 months of the sent date on your bonus confirmation email.

 

The free aspect of the trade refers to trading commissions, and therefore any fixed fees and/or charges applied for the purchase and/or sale of the instruments covered by this promotion will be charged to the customer.

The Host and the Guest can start using the free trades only after receiving the bonus confirmation email and within 3 months of the sent date on your bonus confirmation email.
Once these terms have expired and/or once the 100 trades have been executed, Fineco's standard terms, plans and rules shall apply, as set out in the Bank's information sheets.

 

For the Host, if more than one bonus is awarded the trades will be cumulative but must be used within two months of receipt.

DEADLINE SUMMARY

Below is a summary of the deadlines that must be respected to be eligible for the Bonus:

RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

• If more than one Guest is invited, the Host may receive several bonuses equal to the number of Guests invited up to a maximum of 20 bonuses per year (including any bonuses accrued under previous or future similar initiatives).
  
  - No bonus allocations will be made if the Friend Code is not entered in the online account opening procedure and/or if an incorrect Friend Code is used.
  
  - During the promotion the opening of a single account for each Guest is valid.

The following are excluded from this initiative:

- FinecoBank Financial Advisors who work in Italy and their joint account holders and those who have accounts related to them. It should be noted that joint account holders of FinecoBank Financial Advisors are excluded from the initiative even if they have other single or joint accounts with other persons.

- Those who open a new single or joint Fineco UK current account and are holders or joint holders of a Fineco Italia account.

- Those who open a new account and are already holders of a closed or open Fineco account in the UK, as well as the joint holders of the same.
